- Maverick Creations is made up of three creative
artists (aren't all artists creative?) their names are: Katee McClure-Dahlstrom, Steve Dahlstrom & Beth McClure ( do you sense the nepotism here?).
- Where do they come
from?
- Complicated question...they all live in the Southwest part of the United States of America....but we can't tell you exactly where....OK! - it's in Aztec, NM.
- How do I order a custom color or size?
When you check out there is a "Comments area
just type your preferences there- if we have any
questions, we will contact you.
- How long have you been in business?
Happily since 1999.
- What are the shipping and handling costs?
- All shipping is FREE within the U.S.A. International orders must pay a flat $20.00 USD shipping fee.
- What runs these
clocks?
- All our clocks run on a single AA battery and have an quartz movement that is guaranteed for 2 years.
- How soon before I receive my clock,art or music?
- Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery for the clocks as these treasures are not mass produced....each and every clock is hand made to order.
The music and the Art will be sent out within two work days.
We send all our items via Fed Ex ground or Priority Mail.
- What is your return policy for Clocks?
- If the clock is defective in any way you'll receive a full refund or replacement clock,(whichever you prefer), AFTER we receive the damaged
clock back. Clocks must be returned to us within 2 weeks after
you've received it.
- If you have ordered a "custom color" or size for your clock we will REPLACE the damaged clock only. We cannot refund on a custom clock.

- If you've changed
your mind about wanting to know the time and wished that you
bought a fuzzy steering wheel cover instead then you'll have
to pay a 15% restocking fee.
- What is your return policy for Artwork?
If the artwork is damaged, we will refund your
money after we receive the piece back. Art must be
returned within 2 weeks after you've received it.
- If I Order online
is the information secure?
- Hey! even the CIA couldn't crack
our code! Yes...all online Ordering is completely secure from
internet thieves.
- Do you give out
customers email information?
- Absolutely NOT!!! We hate spam as
much as you do!
- Will I ever see
a picture of these artists?
- You wouldn't want that image forever
burned on your brain....trust me on this.
- Can I order more
than one clock...oooops...I mean "functional art"?
- Yes....I suppose so.

- To order wholesale you must purchase at least 6 of our clocks.
They can be any combination of 6....or all one style.
The wholesale price is then 35% off our retail price.
The buyer, (that's you!), pays for shipping.
We would like to offer a larger wholesale discount, but it is
impractical as each and every clock is hand made and hand painted
by the 3 of us at Maverick Creations.
